SEA pickups: limos and coaches load in different places
Seattle-Tacoma International is about 14 miles from downtown, 25 to 45 minutes by road. Pre-arranged limos load at the Ground Transportation Plaza on the garage 3rd floor. Charter buses load at the Northeast Charter Lot on garage Floor 1, after checking in at the 28th Street lot.
That split matters for mixed groups. An executive in a black car and a delegation on a coach meet in different places. Send each passenger the right floor. There is no on-airport staging for pre-arranged limos, so flight numbers carry the timing.
Arch or Summit: two convention buildings, two bus drops
Seattle Convention Center Arch is at 705 Pike St, with its bus drop at 800 Convention Place. Summit, at 900 Pine St, opened in 2023 and has its bus drop on 9th Ave. A corporate shuttle sent to the wrong one unloads a block from where attendees need to be.
Specify the building for each session day. Hotels downtown and in South Lake Union suit a short loop; Bellevue and the SeaTac area need a longer schedule.

Pike Place, stadium nights and the waterfront
Pike Place Market has a 15-minute charter bus zone on the west side of 1st Ave between Pike and Pine. Fifteen minutes to load a coach means the group waits at the curb, not inside the market.
Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and Climate Pledge Arena each empty at once after a game. For stadium nights, agree the return pickup point before the first whistle, and give it to every guest in writing.
Cruise days and mountain days
Cruise groups sail from Pier 66 or Pier 91; see the Port of Seattle page. For day trips, Snoqualmie Falls is about 29 miles and Mount Rainier about 85. Leavenworth parks oversized vehicles only at the Glacier Lot. Vancouver, BC is about 140 miles plus border time.
