LAS car service at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3

Terminal 1: west baggage claim, outside doors 7 to 10. Terminal 3: Level Zero. Pre-arranged limo drivers meet passengers in baggage claim.

Rideshare is somewhere else entirely: the T1 garage Level 2 and the T3 garage Level V. Travelers who open an app out of habit end up in a garage. Tell them: stay in baggage claim.

The Strip is closer to the airport than downtown, which is about 8 miles and 15 to 25 minutes.

Group shuttles: Terminal 1 doors 7 to 13

Group shuttles at Terminal 1 load outside baggage claim doors 7 to 13. For a group arriving at Terminal 3, the airport's published guidance gives no shuttle location, so the driver confirms the meeting point with you before the day. Name a group lead and one door number. Seven doors is a lot of doors.

CES week and convention arrivals

CES 2027 runs January 6 to 9. Official hotel shuttles serve LVCC and the Venetian Expo. Neither has public parking, and LVCC drop-off is only at the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances. A corporate shuttle for a CES team needs its drop entrance named in the booking. Book well ahead; demand for vehicles peaks that week.

Outside CES the same logic holds. The Venetian Expo is at The Venetian; Mandalay Bay Convention Center is on the South Strip. Three venues, three drop plans.

Day trips: do not bring the luggage

Hoover Dam inspects every bus, including a walk-through of the passenger area, and refuses buses carrying luggage. Do not route a coach from LAS to the dam with bags aboard; drop at the hotel first. Red Rock Canyon requires timed entry for motorcoaches from October 1 to May 31.

Where does the driver meet me at LAS?

In baggage claim. Pre-arranged limo drivers meet passengers there. Terminal 1 pickups then use west baggage claim doors 7 to 10; Terminal 3 uses Level Zero.

Can we go straight from the airport to Hoover Dam?

Not by bus with luggage aboard. Buses carrying luggage are refused entry. Drop bags at the hotel first.

Can a coach go to Red Rock Canyon in winter?

Yes, with timed entry. Motorcoaches need it from October 1 to May 31.

Is the Strip or downtown closer to LAS?

The Strip. Downtown is about 8 miles, 15 to 25 minutes.
