Group Transport

Orlando car service and group transportation for MCO, the parks and Port Canaveral

Orlando car service from MCO, park shuttles for groups and charter buses to Port Canaveral, arranged with licensed partner operators. Orlando plans usually slip at three points: the wrong terminal level, the wrong park entrance, a missed port window.

Orlando airport car service: what to specify at MCO

Ground transportation at Orlando International is on Level 1, with pre-arranged limousines in the ground transportation concourse or the Commercial Lane. International arrivals exit to the meet and greet on Terminal C, Level 6. Mark international flights on the request so the driver is on the right floor.

For groups, send each flight and the headcount on it. One coach waiting for arrivals spread across an afternoon builds waiting time; splitting into smaller vehicles by arrival wave often works better. Coaches hold in the Bus & Taxi Holding Area near the Cell Phone Lot. Flying into Orlando Sanford (SFB), about 27 miles from downtown, changes the drive; say so early.

Park days at Disney, Universal and Epic Universe

Name the park, not the resort. Disney lists buses under oversized vehicle parking; Universal sends buses to designated bus and RV parking, not valet. Epic Universe has its own entrance, separate from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Set the return against park closing and give the group a fixed meeting point.

Port Canaveral transfers from MCO and the hotels

Every commercial vehicle at Port Canaveral needs a port authority permit, decal and transponder, and fares must be pre-arranged and prepaid. Nothing can be improvised on sailing day. Book the transfer when the cabin is booked.

Give the ship and terminal number. From MCO it is SR 528 East: Exit 54A for north terminals, 54B for south. Loading zones allow 15 minutes, so bags should be tagged before arrival. A motorcoach's under-floor bays take a group's cases; a Sprinter's cargo area fills fast.

Corporate shuttles to the Orange County Convention Center

The OCCC is on International Drive. For a multi-day show, list the hotels and specify the first morning run, the last evening run and any early exhibitor trip. A midsize coach suits most hotel loops; executives moving between meetings are better served by a black car or SUV.

Questions

Where does the driver meet international arrivals at MCO?

At the Terminal C, Level 6 meet and greet, where international passengers exit. Mark the flight as international.

How far is Port Canaveral from MCO?

About 45 miles, 45-60 minutes off-peak via SR 528 East. Allow more for a coach and sailing-day traffic.

What suits a family group of twelve going to Disney?

A Sprinter van carries 17 to 19 passengers. List strollers and cases; they take the cargo space first.
