Miami car service and group transportation for MIA, FLL and the cruise ports
Miami car service, cruise transfers, black cars and charter buses across Miami and Fort Lauderdale, booked with licensed partner operators. Two airports and two cruise ports: pair them correctly first.
Match the airport to the port
PortMiami is about 7 miles from MIA; Port Everglades is about 2 miles from FLL. A group sailing from Port Everglades that flies into MIA adds about 27 miles and 30-45 minutes. Check the ship's port before flights are booked.

Cruise ports
Miami airport car service at MIA and FLL
MIA ground transportation is on Level 1 outside the terminal, and cruise buses load at Concourse D Door 1 and Concourse J Door 33. Send the airline so the pickup is on the right side.
At FLL, pickups use designated lower-level curb areas. GTA 2 and GTA 4 curb pickup is closed until further notice; confirm the terminal before the day.
Cruise transfers to PortMiami and Port Everglades
Both ports permit their ground operators. PortMiami requires an active port business permit and a GTS Go-Pass transponder; Port Everglades a Port Everglades Business Permit. An unpermitted vehicle is a classic sailing-day failure; confirm the permit before you accept.
Give the ship, terminal and boarding window. Port Everglades runs security checkpoints at its entrances, and adults need government photo ID, so keep it out of checked bags. Luggage goes under the floor, not in the aisle.
Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and game days
Miami Beach Convention Center and the Broward County Convention Center beside Port Everglades are very different drives from a Brickell hotel. Name the venue. Hard Rock Stadium is in Miami Gardens and Nu Stadium opened in April 2026 for Inter Miami; book black car returns at set times, not "call when ready".
Key West is about 160 miles, four to five hours each way. Possible as a day trip, but long for the driver and the group.
Closer in, Shark Valley in Everglades National Park is about 39 miles, an hour to an hour and a half. Tram tours run a 15-mile loop, so the coach either waits in the lot or returns at a set time.
