San Diego International sits about 3 miles from downtown. A transfer to the Gaslamp, Harbor Island or the Convention Center is short; mistakes come from the meet, not the drive. Send flight numbers, names and a working mobile per passenger.
Mission Valley, La Jolla and Coronado hotels add distance. Quote each drop on its address, and group passengers by hotel zone rather than by landing time when arrivals are close together.

Corporate shuttles to the San Diego Convention Center
The San Diego Convention Center is at 111 W. Harbor Dr, by the Gaslamp, and hosts Comic-Con. Gaslamp hotels walk. Mission Valley and Mission Bay do not, and that is where a corporate shuttle earns its place.
Specify the hotel list, first and last runs and the peak headcount. Big-show weeks fill hotel driveways; give each hotel's coach loading point, not just its front door.
USS Midway, the Zoo and Balboa Park with a group
At the USS Midway Museum, vehicles over 18 feet may not park on Navy Pier. Buses drop near the ticket office and leave; no staging on the pier. Set a firm pickup time and tell the group where to wait.
The San Diego Zoo has oversized-vehicle parking in Balboa Park. Balboa Park has had city paid parking since January 2026, so parking belongs in the quote. The Safari Park is in Escondido, a separate trip.
Temecula, LEGOLAND and the border run
LEGOLAND California in Carlsbad is about 33 miles; Temecula wine country about 58. For a wine day, the driver does not drink and open-container rules for passengers are set by the state, so confirm what is allowed aboard. The San Ysidro border is about 20 miles; check every passenger's travel documents before the pickup.
