Black car service by sedan or SUV

One traveler, one car, one meeting point. Black car service is the simplest airport transfer to book and the easiest to get wrong at the curb.

Sedan or SUV

A sedan for up to three travelers with carry-ons. A full-size three-row SUV for up to 6 with luggage, with about 41.5 cu ft of space behind the third row and an executive second-row seating option. Door to door either way. For a team of six with checked bags, compare an SUV against a Sprinter. Sedans suit up to three travelers with light bags; SUVs suit families, teams and anyone with golf clubs.

Where black cars meet you at airports

Every airport handles it differently. At O'Hare, black cars load on the lower level, center lane 2. At Logan, limo service is reservation-only and runs from a stand per terminal. At Reagan National, Terminal 1 uses Curbside 3. At Denver, the limo booth is Level 5, Island 2. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, car services load at the Howard Beach AirTrain lot.

The airport page for your arrival lists the point. Where an airport does not publish one, the driver confirms it with you before the day.

Executive travel between meetings

A car booked by the hour can wait between meetings. Waiting time changes the quote, so tell us the full day. For a speaker at a conference, pair the black car with the group shuttle so the timings line up.

For a roadshow, book the car for the day and send the meeting addresses in order. Hotel to client office is one leg; the airport return is another.
