Los Angeles car service at LAX: outer curb islands, not LAX-it
Taxis and rideshare pick up at the LAX-it lot beside Terminal 1. Pre-arranged car service does not: it collects at the outer curb islands on the Arrivals level, outside baggage claim, and permitted operators hold in the Commercial Vehicle Holding Lot until called. Tell passengers before they fly, or they will follow the LAX-it signs and end up in the taxi queue.
Give the terminal, including Tom Bradley International (Terminal B), and the flight number.
Game days in Inglewood and downtown
SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome are in Inglewood; Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center sit together by L.A. Live. Event nights load traffic onto the whole area. Set the return time in advance and agree the lot or street for pickup.

Griffith Observatory, Disneyland and day trips
Griffith Observatory has no bus parking and buses may not wait on site. The coach drops at the horseshoe driveway, leaves and returns for pickup. Fix that return time before arrival and hold the group to it.
Disneyland Resort is about 27 miles, 35-60 minutes. Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and San Diego run two to three hours; a motorcoach with a restroom earns its place there.
