The Terminal 1 curb map shows tour buses at Curbside 4. For a coach group landing at Terminal 1, that is the published reference. For a group at Terminal 2, the airport's guidance names no coach location, so the driver confirms the meeting point with you before the day.

A coach waits on its last passenger. Have the group lead count heads at baggage claim and only then call the driver in, with the terminal and the door.

Waiting while the Cell Phone Lot is closed

The Cell Phone Lot is closed for construction; the garages are free for up to 60 minutes. There is no easy place to hold, so the car arrives against the passenger's message rather than the scheduled landing. Send the flight number. Ask the traveler to message once bags are in hand.

From DCA into the District

10 to 20 minutes to the Capitol, which makes DCA the practical choice for Hill meetings and tight same-day schedules. For groups, plan the drop before the day. DC motorcoach idling is limited to three minutes, five at 32°F or below. No charter pickup or drop-off in front of Union Station. National Mall loading happens only in signed zones. For a Capitol tour, set the drop at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center against the tour time, not the flight.
