Event transportation for Super Bowl LXI, CES, SXSW and Mardi Gras
Big events change the city for a week. Vehicles book out, roads close and drop-off points shrink. These guides cover the 2027 dates and the restrictions.
Book with the tickets, not after
Super Bowl LXI is February 14, 2027 at SoFi Stadium. CES 2027 runs January 6-9 in Las Vegas. SXSW 2027 runs March 15-21 in Austin. Fat Tuesday is February 9, 2027, with a parade season that opens January 6. Vehicle supply is fixed; demand is not. Requests sent early have more choice of vehicle and operator.
Plan around drop-off points
At CES, LVCC drop-off is limited to the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances and there is no public parking at LVCC or Venetian Expo. Parade routes in New Orleans cut the city in parts. Specify the entrance or the side of the route, and set return times rather than "call when ready".
Questions
Can I hold a vehicle before dates are final?
Send the likely dates and headcount. We quote on that, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Are Mardi Gras 2027 parade dates confirmed?
The 2027 parade schedule is labelled tentative. Plan with margin.
Can a black car wait at CES all day?
Parking near LVCC and Venetian Expo is restricted during the show. Book set pickup times instead.
