Group transportation services for corporate, school, team and private trips
Start from the trip, not the vehicle. Each service guide covers what that kind of group needs specified and checked.
What changes by trip type
A corporate shuttle is about run times and hotel loops. A school trip is about carrier safety records and driver hours. A wedding is about one fixed moment that cannot slip. A sports team needs luggage space for equipment and a driver who is not pushed to make up time. The guides below cover each.
Rules that apply to every group
Vehicles designed for 16 or more people, driver included, need a driver with a CDL passenger endorsement. Passenger drivers may drive 10 hours after 8 consecutive hours off. Long days may need two drivers or an overnight stop; plan for that in the itinerary, not on the road.
Questions
Can I book an accessible vehicle?
Yes. Charter over-the-road bus operators must provide an accessible bus on request, and may ask for up to 48 hours' notice.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
It depends on the state, the vehicle and the operator. Ask before you plan around it.
Can one quote cover a multi-day program?
Yes. Describe every day and leg, and the quote covers the whole program.
