Dallas car service and group transportation across Dallas-Fort Worth
Dallas car service, airport pickups and charter buses for Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington, booked with licensed partner operators. One metro, two downtowns, and distances that surprise visitors.
Dallas airport car service: DFW or Love Field
DFW is about 20 miles from downtown Dallas; Love Field about 7. DFW has five terminals, A to E, with Terminal F under construction. Charter buses pick up at the lower-level curb of each terminal; ride apps use the upper level. Send the terminal letter with the flight number.
DFW permits ground operators at company, driver and vehicle level. Book arrivals ahead rather than on landing.

Two downtowns: plan Dallas and Fort Worth separately
The Fort Worth Stockyards are about 37 miles from downtown Dallas, 45-60 minutes off-peak. A group in Uptown heading to Sundance Square for dinner is a real round trip; put it in the quote as one.
At the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Halls D-F are being demolished and events use Halls A-C. Confirm the entrance your event uses. The Fort Worth Convention Center stays open during its expansion.
Arlington game days: AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field
At AT&T Stadium, buses park in a section of Lot 15 and need a bus pass. Arrange it with the tickets. Globe Life Field is also in Arlington, so a Rangers game and a stadium event on the same day stack traffic. Agree a return time and meeting point before the group goes in.
Dealey Plaza and downtown touring
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza allows no buses or oversized vehicles in its lots. Plan a drop-off, a departure and a timed return. Reunion Tower, the Perot Museum and the Dallas World Aquarium are all downtown and pair into a half day.
Longer runs need honest planning. Waco is about 95 miles, under two hours. Austin is about 195 miles and Houston about 240, three and a half to five hours each way; treat those as one-way transfers or overnights, not day returns, and let the driver-hours rules set the schedule.
