Charter buses pick up at the lower-level curbside of each terminal, A through E. Ride apps use the upper-level curbside. So the group hears "lower level" and nothing else. Brief the lead with the terminal letter and those two words.

With five terminals, a group flying on several airlines can land all over the airport. Pick the terminal where most arrive and bring the rest to it, or plan a second stop.

DFW car service: the meeting point is confirmed

The airport's published guidance sets out the charter bus curb, not a sedan or SUV meeting point. For a DFW car service, the driver confirms the meeting point with you before the day, and you pass it to the traveler.

DFW issues company, driver and vehicle permits to ground operators. Asking about the operator's DFW permits when you book is a fair question.

Dallas, Fort Worth or Arlington: fix the destination

20 miles and 25 to 45 minutes to downtown Dallas, but many trips end elsewhere: Downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square, or the Arlington Entertainment District. At AT&T Stadium, buses park in a section of Lot 15 and need a bus pass. Sort the pass before the coach leaves the airport.

For shows at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Halls D to F are being demolished for the rebuild, and events use Halls A to C. Confirm the hall before setting the drop.

Terminal F and what changes

Terminal F is under construction, first phase expected in 2027. Until then it is A to E. When it opens, recheck the terminal in the week of travel.
