Vehicle types: black car, Sprinter, minibus and charter bus
Partner operators supply the vehicles we book. This is how the classes compare on seats, luggage and where they fit.
Size for bags as well as seats
A full-size SUV takes up to 6 passengers but only modest luggage behind the third row. A Sprinter carries 17 to 19 with cargo space at the back. A minibus seats about 16-19 with limited luggage room. Midsize coaches seat about 29-35 and motorcoaches about 49-81, both with under-floor bays. A group with suitcases often needs one class larger than the headcount suggests.

Where a bigger vehicle costs you time
Full-size coaches are kept off some hotel driveways, city streets, parkways and venue lots. Two smaller vehicles sometimes reach the door where one large one cannot. Send exact addresses so the size is checked against the route.
Questions
Which vehicles have a restroom?
Motorcoaches typically do, and some midsize coach models. Ask if it matters for the route.
Does a Sprinter driver need a CDL?
Yes. The Sprinter seats 17 to 19 passengers, over the 16-seat threshold. Vehicles designed for 16 or more, driver included, need a driver with a CDL passenger endorsement.
Can I request a specific model?
Ask. Availability depends on the partner operator and date.
