IAH or Hobby: settle the airport before the vehicle

George Bush Intercontinental sits about 23 miles from downtown; Hobby about 11. For an airport car service, that gap changes the booking more than the choice of sedan or SUV.

Specify the airport code, airline and flight number for every passenger. Send the flight number rather than the scheduled time, so the pickup follows the actual landing. For arrivals split across both airports, divide the manifest by airport first, then by time window. One vehicle running between IAH and Hobby to gather a group costs more time than it saves.

Black car service across Downtown, Uptown and the Medical Center

Executives rarely sleep where they meet. Downtown, Uptown/Galleria, Midtown, the Museum District and the Medical Center area are spread wide, so a black car day works better as a block of hours than a string of one-way hops.

Cruise ports

Corporate shuttle loops to the George R. Brown and Reliant Stadium

The George R. Brown has its GRB South expansion under way. Ask the show organizer which entrance and loading area your event uses this year, then pass that to us. A hotel-to-GRB corporate shuttle fails at the hotel end more often than at the venue: a full-size motorcoach cannot use every porte-cochere. Give the exact address and ask the hotel where coaches load.

Reliant Stadium carried the NRG Stadium name until 2026. Guests will use both. Print both in the guest instructions.

Space Center Houston and the Galveston run

Space Center Houston is about 25 miles out and waives its bus parking fee, which makes it a clean half-day for a conference group. Galveston is about 50 miles from downtown. Its port requires a ground transportation permit and a toll tag at a gated entry; we book operators that hold both, so the plan does not stall at the gate.

Can one vehicle run a hotel-to-GRB corporate shuttle all day?

Yes, if the loop is short and the load steady. Send the hotel list, first and last departures and the peak headcount. We size the vehicle to the peak, not the average.

Can a Houston stay and a Galveston cruise transfer go on one booking?

Yes. Give the hotel address, the cruise terminal number from the booking documents and passenger and bag counts.
