Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 handles Norwegian and Oceania. Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 handles the other lines. Both have a transport lot with bus parking; Pier 91 has a designated entry and exit for cruise buses.
Specify cruise line and pier on the request. A vehicle sent to the wrong pier on sailing day costs time the group does not have.

From SEA: where the vehicle actually meets
Seattle-Tacoma is about 15 miles from the cruise terminals, 30 to 45 minutes. At SEA, cruise-line buses board from the baggage claim level. A privately booked charter bus loads at the Northeast Charter Lot on garage Floor 1, after checking in at the 28th Street lot. Pre-arranged black cars load at the Ground Transportation Plaza on garage Floor 3.
Tell each passenger which of the three applies. Mixed groups go wrong when a private-charter passenger follows the cruise-line crowd.
Pre-cruise nights and downtown
Many cruisers stay downtown the night before. Book the hotel-to-pier leg as group transportation and the airport arrival separately. For a group day at Pike Place, the charter bus zone on 1st Ave allows 15 minutes only.
