Las Vegas car service and group transportation for conventions, shows and day trips
Las Vegas car service from Harry Reid International, black cars on the Strip and charter buses to the convention halls and the desert, booked with licensed partner operators. Short distances, strict rules.
Las Vegas airport car service at Harry Reid International
Terminal decides the door. At Terminal 1 the pickup is outside west baggage claim, doors 7-10, and group shuttles use doors 7-13. At Terminal 3 it is Level Zero. Pre-arranged limo drivers meet passengers in baggage claim, so send the airline and flight number.
The Strip is closer than downtown, which is about 8 miles. Short, but resort driveways at check-in hour are slow. Give the exact resort and entrance. For Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena or Sphere, fix the return time and the meeting point before doors open.

Convention shuttles: LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay
Three convention venues, three traffic patterns. The Las Vegas Convention Center is an off-Strip campus with the LVCC Loop tunnel linking its halls; Venetian Expo is at The Venetian; Mandalay Bay Convention Center is on the south Strip. Name the venue and the hall.
During CES, January 6-9, 2027, there is no public parking at LVCC or Venetian Expo, and LVCC drop-off is limited to the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances. Book that week early, with the entrance named.
Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon with a group
Hoover Dam inspects every bus, including a walk-through of the passenger area, and refuses buses carrying luggage. Never combine an airport transfer with a dam stop. Commercial operators also need a Commercial Use Authorization; confirm the operator holds one before you accept.
Red Rock Canyon requires timed entry for motorcoaches from October 1 to May 31. Secure the slot, then set the schedule.
Grand Canyon West and Zion: driver-hours days
Grand Canyon West is about 125 miles, two to three hours each way; Zion about 160 miles. Passenger drivers may drive 10 hours after 8 hours off and not after 15 hours on duty, so a long day may need a second driver or an overnight. Large vehicles are barred from the east section of the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway.
