Orlando (MCO) airport car service and group transfers
Orlando's pre-arranged pickups start on Level 1, and buses wait in a holding area until called. Plenty of groups head straight for the parks, International Drive or the port.
Level 1 Ground Transportation, and where limos load
Pre-arranged pickups at Orlando International run from Level 1 Ground Transportation. Limos and black cars are in the GT concourse or the Commercial Lane. An MCO car service passenger heads down to Level 1, not to the Departures curb.

International arrivals exit at Terminal C, Level 6
International arrivals come out at the Terminal C Level 6 meet and greet. A delegation clearing customs emerges there, and the pickup plan starts from that point. Count the customs time before setting the pickup, and tell the driver the flight is international.

Coach groups: the Bus & Taxi Holding Area
Buses wait in the Bus & Taxi Holding Area near the Cell Phone Lot, as laid out in Exhibit B of the airport's GT rules. The coach moves in when the group is ready.
The usual failure is a group scattered across carousels. Name a lead, pick one carousel as the muster point, and message the driver when the headcount is complete. School and team groups especially.
Theme-park groups travel with strollers and car seats. Count them as bags when choosing the vehicle.
From MCO to the parks, I-Drive and Port Canaveral
12 miles and 20 to 30 minutes to downtown, but few groups go downtown. Disney lists buses under oversized-vehicle parking. Universal valet excludes buses, which use bus/RV parking. The Orange County Convention Center sits on International Drive.
For cruise groups, Port Canaveral is about 45 miles, 45 to 60 minutes via SR 528 East, and every vehicle serving the port needs a Port Authority permit. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is about 47 miles from Orlando; some groups pair it with a port day.
Questions
Where does a black car meet an MCO arrival?
Level 1 Ground Transportation; limos use the GT concourse or the Commercial Lane.
Can one coach collect a group across terminals?
Yes, with one muster point. Pick the terminal most of the group lands at, brief the rest, and the coach comes in from the holding area once everyone is there.
Our delegation arrives on an international flight. Where do we meet?
Terminal C, Level 6 meet and greet. Allow for customs before the pickup time.
Should a group take Brightline instead?
Brightline is linked to Terminal C. Good for a traveler heading its way. For a hotel on I-Drive or at the parks, a transfer drops at the door.
