Denver (DEN) airport car service and group pickups

Denver International has one terminal and one limo booth, 25 miles from downtown. Getting the side right, east or west, is what saves time.

DEN car service: Level 5, Island 2

The limo booth is on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal, at Island 2. Doors on the east side: 505 to 507 and 511 to 513. On the west side: 504 to 506 and 510 to 512.

Pick a side and give the traveler the door numbers. "Island 2, east, door 507" is an instruction. "Level 5" is a search.

Group pickups at DEN

The airport's published guidance names the limo booth, not a coach or minibus location. For a group vehicle, the driver confirms the meeting point with you before the day. Brief the group lead with it and a muster point inside, so no one wanders out a random door.

East side or west side: decide it once

Island 2 has doors on both sides of the terminal. Choose a side when you book and put it on the confirmation. A driver on the east side and a traveler on the west side is an avoidable delay.

25 miles in, then the mountains

30 to 50 minutes to downtown. The RTD A Line runs to Union Station if a traveler prefers rail. Some groups skip downtown entirely. Red Rocks buses drop, pick up and park at Lower South Lot 2. Rocky Mountain National Park runs 2026 timed entry May 22 to October 12, with Bear Lake Road to October 18; commercial tours with a CUA need no timed-entry reservation.

Boulder is about 28 miles from Denver, Colorado Springs about 70 and Breckenridge about 80. For a ski or mountain group, count bags and gear before choosing the vehicle. A full SUV has about 41.5 cu ft behind the third row. That goes fast.
