Group Transport

Airport car service and group transportation for organizers

Group Transport books airport car service, black cars, corporate shuttles and charter buses with licensed, insured partner operators in 20 US cities. Built for travel managers, event planners and executive assistants who need the details right the first time.

Airport car service that follows the flight, not the itinerary

Send the flight number with every airport booking. The pickup then tracks the actual landing time, and waiting time, one of the things that moves a price, stays under control.

Name the terminal too. Every airport runs its own pickup rules. At Newark the driver may not wait at the curb. At Dulles, sedan and limo pickups need a pre-arranged reservation. At O'Hare Terminals 2 and 3, rideshare apps send people upstairs while black cars pick up on the lower level. A passenger on the wrong floor is the most common way an airport transfer fails.

Black car service for executives, roadshows and board visits

A sedan or full-size SUV, booked door to door or by the hour. Specify the passenger name, a mobile number that will be switched on after landing, and every stop in order. For back-to-back meetings, an hourly booking usually beats separate transfers: the car stays with the passenger and nobody re-books between appointments.

Group transportation: corporate shuttles and charter buses

For conventions, offsites and incentive trips, tell us the hotels, the venue entrance, the first and last run and how often the shuttle should loop. For a one-off charter, give the headcount, luggage and every address. Not every hotel driveway takes a full-size coach, and several cities restrict where buses may stop, so exact addresses matter.

Timings fail in predictable places: the last shuttle run of a conference day, hotel lobbies at checkout hour, stadium exits, arrivals spread across an afternoon. Set a pickup time for each and give the group leader a meeting point that does not depend on phone signal.

Sprinters, minibuses, party buses and motorcoaches

Match the vehicle to people and bags, not just seats. A Sprinter van takes 17 to 19 passengers with cargo space behind the last row. A minibus seats roughly 16-19 but has limited luggage room. A midsize coach seats about 29-35; a full motorcoach about 49-81, with under-floor bays and a restroom. Party buses vary by build. If the group travels with suitcases, size up.

Questions

How is the price set?

One quote per trip for the whole vehicle, driver included. Date, hours, distance, vehicle size, waiting time, tolls and parking all change it. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.

Do you own the vehicles?

No. Group Transport is a booking platform. We arrange the trip with a licensed, insured partner operator, and the operator's driver runs it.

What are the cancellation terms?

They depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on the quote before you accept. Read them before you commit a large group.

What should an executive assistant send for a same-week airport pickup?

Passenger name, mobile number, airline and flight number, terminal, bag count and the drop-off address. Add any second stop now rather than on the day.
