PortMiami cruise transfers from MIA and FLL
Nine terminals, two airports and a port that requires permits and transponders. Tell us the terminal letter and the flights; we book a licensed partner operator cleared for PortMiami.
MIA or FLL: the closer airport is not always the right one
Miami International is about 7 miles from PortMiami, 15 to 30 minutes. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood is about 26 miles, 35 to 60 minutes. For a sailing, MIA is the shorter transfer. But if the group has a pre-cruise night in Fort Lauderdale, FLL may fit better.
At MIA, pre-arranged ground transportation meets on Level 1 outside the terminal. Cruise buses load at Concourse D Door 1 and Concourse J Door 33. Tell each passenger which applies to them.

Nine terminals: send the letter, not just the line
PortMiami terminals run AA, A, B, C, D, E, F, J and V, and Terminal G for Royal Caribbean is under construction. The line name alone does not tell the driver where to go; the terminal letter on the booking documents does.
Specify: ship, terminal letter, sailing date, flight numbers, passenger and bag counts. For executives, a black car SUV takes up to six with luggage.
Permits, transponders and why the cruise line option is not always enough
Ground transport companies at PortMiami need an active port business permit and must enroll in the GTS Go-Pass transponder program. Motorcoaches need a USDOT/FMCSA MC number. We book operators that meet all three.
Most cruise lines offer MIA-to-port transfers. A private booking earns its place when the group stays in a hotel first, arrives on mixed flights, or needs one vehicle for the whole party.

Which terminal does my ship use?
Check the cruise booking documents for the terminal letter and send it with the request.
Can a black car take two executives from a Brickell hotel to the ship?
Yes. Send the hotel address, terminal letter and sailing time. A sedan suits two travelers with standard luggage; an SUV suits more bags.
