Super Bowl LXI black car service and group transportation
Super Bowl LXI is at SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, on February 14, 2027. Groups will fly into five Los Angeles airports and stay across the region. Brief us early; we book licensed partner operators for arrivals, game day and the return.
Five airports, one stadium
LAX is the obvious choice, but guests also fly into Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne in Orange County and Ontario. Collect airport codes before you size the airport car service. A guest at Ontario and a guest at LAX are separate bookings.
At LAX, pre-arranged vehicles use the outer curb islands on the Lower/Arrivals level, outside baggage claim. Taxis and rideshare use the LAX-it lot. Guests should not follow the rideshare signs.
Planning notes
- Date listed by On Location, the NFL official hospitality partner.
- Second Super Bowl at SoFi Stadium, after Super Bowl LVI (2022).
Game day: book the vehicle before the logistics settle
This is the second Super Bowl at SoFi, after Super Bowl LVI in 2022. Game-day vehicle access and car-service lots are set by the venue and the league. We pass the confirmed instructions to your group once the operator has them.
Book now anyway. The vehicle supply for Super Bowl week is finite. Specify headcount, hotel addresses and the preferred departure time. Adjust later.
Hotel zones and the long ride back
Groups stay in Downtown LA near L.A. Live, Santa Monica, LAX and El Segundo, Hollywood, Pasadena and the Anaheim Resort. Anaheim and Pasadena make for long returns. The return is where schedules fail: stadium exit plus traffic plus drop-offs.
For a group of 30 across three hotels, one midsize coach with a fixed return time is simpler than three SUVs trying to find each other. Driver hours count. A long day for guests is a long shift for the driver, so start times matter.
